The QQ Joias disclaims all liability in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. Incumbent upon the Client to check with the local authorities the conditions for importation or use of the products you want to order.
The QQ Joias is not responsible for losses due to interference, interruptions, computer viruses, faults or disconnections of the operating system that can stop, temporarily, from the navigation or the provision of services to users

Obligations of Customers and Users

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

Not accepted exchanges or returns of items sold and already delivered to the customer.
